Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Books, companion guides, and reflection cards must be free of writing, markings, or damage.
For collections and bundles, all included items must be returned together in their original condition and packaging.
Requesting a Return
If you would like to return an item, please contact us through our website within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return so we can provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those circumstances, Cup of Care Wellness will cover any necessary return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos when possible so we can help resolve the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including a refund of original shipping charges when applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
